What a pleasure it’s been to have CloudSixty do our wedding decor! From the very first call I felt like this was too good to be true, everything was so smooth and so perfect and I was concerned they were going to quote us an arm and a leg! Only to find out their prices were sooo reasonable! Having planned our wedding in 3 months we were worried we couldn’t find someone in time but we came across their page and thought we’d enquire only to find out they were available!! Glory to God😭 Taylor provided such an ACCURATE deck that I genuinely said to her it’s everything I had in my head you just put it on paper, she understood the assignment and they delivered it! They kept me updated and checked in with me at all times. From making sure the runner was long enough to spacing being right it was absolutely PERFECT (and I may have some OCD issues with wanting things to be symmetrical🤣). They were open to any amendments we had such as needing the set up to be done in a shorter amount of time than usual (due to the event space not being available earlier) , or changing the time they were meant to come and take down the decor as we thought we may run over they were so understanding and could adapt to all the changes we had. We received sooooo manyy compliments about the decor, my husband being one of them saying he didn’t know it was going to look that good, so he was extremely shocked. The reassurance I received along the way made me trust them so much that at one point I said if anything needs to be changed around when you get to the location please do I trust your work. My friend is getting married in May and she’s booked CloudSixty and I know I will recommend them with my whole heart to whoever will ever need decor! So if you’re looking for someone that will deliver what you WANT and NEED book with them without hesitation! If you need someone that will be communicative long the way BOOK with them! We appreciate you guys so so much and we hope that you continue to do great work! You’re hands are blessed 🤍

I only have good things to say about cloud sixty from strategising to the actual the day, they were phenomenal. A big massive shout out to Taylor who works hard to ensure she understands your vision. The company have a consultation call where you talk through your vision and a design pack is created. I loved the design pack as it is a visual representation of what your decor will look like however the real life decor is FAR more beautiful. Taylor checks in weeks before the wedding to ensure you’re still happy with the design and any changes you would like to make. The customer service is impeccable and adds an ease to wedding planning. The company are able to provide you with questions to ask the venue and other vendors they will work with that you may have not even thought of. It is this thorough and intricate attention to detail which makes all the the difference. I would use them a million times over, the decor is beautiful but the selling point for me is the character and quality service from the vendor. Wedding planning can be stressful but this was the one vendor that gave no stress but alleviated it. Furthermore, they arrive promptly for pack down and do an amazing job. I love them so much , I’ll be back for future events and have recommended them to soo many people already. Thank you guys for making our day memorable, we absolutely loved the decor. Cannot wait to work with you again.

We used Cloud Sixty for our wedding ceremony decor and it was one of the best decisions we made. I thought the price was incredibly reasonable especially considering it was for a wedding. Taylor and Emmanuel were so helpful and quick to respond while we were enquiring and once we booked, the consultation was great. Taylor really understood what I wanted, what my vision was and it made me really excited to know that my wedding ceremony would look exactly how I wanted it to. They sent me a digital drawing mock up as well with annotations so it was clear for both of us. Leading up to the big day, they stayed in contact and were my only supplier who contacted me a few days before just to say everything is in hand etc and relieve any anxieties I may have had. They also emailed me the day before to confirm everything was ready. It sounds minor but it meant a lot to me that I didn't have to chase them and be anxious about anything relating to the decor. On the day, they were there in plenty of time and did so amazing in setting it all up. My guests said the decor was "breathtaking" and they were blown away by how beautiful it all looked. I honestly could not recommend Cloud Sixty enough. They were great from start to finish and were possibly my favourite supplier for the whole wedding.
