Where do I even start with Cloud Sixty? From the very second I contacted them to the second they left after picking up the decor, I’ve been so blown away by their professionalism, friendliness, customer service and just the whole experience. I reached out to them about my friend’s proposal and so was naturally anxious about everything being perfect. I could not have chosen a better company to make that happen. Through the whole process I felt so taken care of. The creative stage was brilliantly done. So much time and thought was given to the nature of the event and our wants. I never once doubted their ability and willingness to pull off the perfect display. We were provided with mock ups and beautiful designs in the preparation for the event. Everything was considered from their end and I loved that as even if I forgot something, they would make sure to address every single thing. They managed to perfectly capture and even exceed my vision for the decor. It was the main talking point for the event. I know this is such a cliche to say but the pictures truly cannot do this decor justice. Wish I could have you all over to have seen it in person 😂 I’m honestly just so blown away by the professionalism and kindness throughout. I would one million percent recommend them and am planning on using them again for my next event.

What a pleasure it’s been to have CloudSixty do our wedding decor! From the very first call I felt like this was too good to be true, everything was so smooth and so perfect and I was concerned they were going to quote us an arm and a leg! Only to find out their prices were sooo reasonable! Having planned our wedding in 3 months we were worried we couldn’t find someone in time but we came across their page and thought we’d enquire only to find out they were available!! Glory to God😭 Taylor provided such an ACCURATE deck that I genuinely said to her it’s everything I had in my head you just put it on paper, she understood the assignment and they delivered it! They kept me updated and checked in with me at all times. From making sure the runner was long enough to spacing being right it was absolutely PERFECT (and I may have some OCD issues with wanting things to be symmetrical🤣). They were open to any amendments we had such as needing the set up to be done in a shorter amount of time than usual (due to the event space not being available earlier) , or changing the time they were meant to come and take down the decor as we thought we may run over they were so understanding and could adapt to all the changes we had. We received sooooo manyy compliments about the decor, my husband being one of them saying he didn’t know it was going to look that good, so he was extremely shocked. The reassurance I received along the way made me trust them so much that at one point I said if anything needs to be changed around when you get to the location please do I trust your work. My friend is getting married in May and she’s booked CloudSixty and I know I will recommend them with my whole heart to whoever will ever need decor! So if you’re looking for someone that will deliver what you WANT and NEED book with them without hesitation! If you need someone that will be communicative long the way BOOK with them! We appreciate you guys so so much and we hope that you continue to do great work! You’re hands are blessed 🤍
