Our packages are available in three tiers: Jade, Ruby, and Opal - These include everything you need to transform your wedding and there’s something to suit every style and budget.
Our Ranges Brochure: A detailed showcase of our decor stock, from floral arches and elegant centrepieces to candles and bespoke signage, along with photos of our previous work to inspire your vision.

2. Booking Your Consultation Call
The consultation call is where we start turning your ideas into a tailored plan. During this conversation, you can share your vision and preferences while receiving expert guidance.
We’ll:
Discuss your favourite decor elements, such as floral styles, lighting, and colour schemes.
Provide professional advice tailored to your venue and unique requirements.
Explore optional extras like bespoke signage, personalised menus, or charger plates to add those finishing touches.
Every detail discussed during this call is carefully noted and forms the foundation for your bespoke Design Deck. This ensures we fully understand and capture your vision, setting the stage for the next step.
3. Bringing Your Vision to Life: The Design Deck
After your consultation, we create a personalised design deck—a visual representation of your wedding decor. This includes:
Ceremony Styling: Aisle arrangements, floral arches, and registrar table designs.
Reception Details: Top table layouts, guest table centrepieces, and any bespoke elements we’ve discussed.
Multiple Visual Options: We often create several design variations, giving you the flexibility to choose the one that suits you best.
Optional Extras: We’ll include any optional extras you’ve selected, such as bespoke signage, charger plates, or seating plans, so you can see how everything pairs together visually. This ensures that you have a clear picture of how your decor will look on the big day and allows for adjustments if needed.
The Design Deck is sent to you alongside your personalised quote, ensuring you have all the information you need to move forward confidently.

4. Finalising Your Quote and Securing Your Booking
Once you’ve reviewed your design deck and quote, the next step is to confirm your booking. This is the moment when you can move forward with confidence.
Accept Your Quote and Secure Your Date: Once you're happy with your design deck and quote, you can accept the quote and pay a 20% deposit. This deposit secures your booking and guarantees that your wedding date is reserved.
Preparation Begins: After your deposit is paid, we begin preparing for your wedding day, ensuring everything is in place for your big day.
Final Details: In the weeks and months leading up to your wedding, we work closely with you to finalise any outstanding details, making sure everything aligns with your vision.
Logistics and Preparation: Behind the scenes, our team handles all the logistics, from decor sourcing to arrangement planning, ensuring that every piece of decor is styled to perfection.
5. Leading Up to Your Wedding Day
In the weeks and months leading up to your wedding, we continue to work closely with you to make sure everything is perfect.
Collaboration: We will ensure that all final decisions are made, offering guidance and answering any questions you may have.
Logistics and Preparation: Our team takes care of all the behind-the-scenes work, including sourcing and preparing all decor elements, managing logistics, and coordinating with your venue to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Final Checks: We confirm all the details in advance, ensuring there are no last-minute surprises and that everything is in place for the big day.
